JULY 2010
~ August 6th - 8th At The Standard Hotel on South Beach in Miami "A Tribute To India with Yoga, Ayurveda and Dance" with Mas Vidal & Hemalayaa.
OCTOBER 2010
~ Friday, October 8 - Sunday, October 10th For the International Ayurveda Conference in Miami, Florida. The theme is "Anti-Aging and Rejuvenation Through Ayurveda" Mas Vidal will teach a practical yoga class and speak on "Ayurveda & Yoga For Longevity"
~ Friday October 16th - 18th At A Garden For Wellness in Clarkesville, Georgia
A Yoga and Ayurveda Workshop and also one day of consultations.
NOV 2010
