Kimberly’s yogic journey began with the typical asana classes found throughout most major cities…but something was missing so she kept seeking. She has been a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Reiki and practiced Qigong and various forms of meditation. Eventually the path led to Ayurveda and the fully integrated yoga practice she sought came to fruition. This is the practice she teaches. It encompasses the tradition and spirituality of the Vedas and is rooted in the belief we can balance and heal our lives with this practice. Kimberly was certified in Veda yoga at Dancing Shiva and continues to expand her training in yoga therapy and Ayurveda. Aum shanti. |
